Friends bound for life by transplant

AUSTRALIA – Not only do they share their lives and work together at their Prospect doggie daycare and grooming business, DogFX – but now Suzanne has helped save her partner’s life.

Three weeks ago Suzanne donated her kidney in a transplant operation at the Royal Adelaide Hospital.

“The only reason I could agree to go ahead with this is Suzanne was so adamant the whole way,” Tracy said.

Tracy was diagnosed in her 20s with polycystic kidney disease, which is a genetic disorder where the kidneys enlarge as cysts form. By controlling her blood pressure and weight, she was told she may live a normal life.  READ ORE>>
