Christmastime was a little bit different around the Barr and Willard households.
Suzanna Barr and Alan Willard were both recovering from surgeries after Suzanna gave one of her kidneys to her dad.
Willard had been sick for years, and his recent two-year stint on dialysis had completely wiped him out.
